Yes. you can purchase here at Renters Insurance Packages or from an insurance provider of your choosing -

On-site parking is provided. 1 bedroom apartments get one parking spot and 2 bedroom apartments get two parking spots with their unit. Cars are registered with management and are given a parking sticker. -
